All orders have a delivery fee based on location.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in order to save your date. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to your event. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

If you choose outdoors, I will do everything I can to make your balloons last. With that said, balloons are not a fan of wind, hot sun and rain... 

I really wish I could control the weather. 

Darker balloons tend to pop much easier in the sun, so choosing light colors and putting them up in the shade or indoors is always ideal. 

All rentals are subject to a fee to replace broken/lost items.
